Probably most people would get this without trying but Izzy difficulty is Easy difficulty. I assume cuz they sound sorta similar. Anyways just wanted to drop this solution in case this achievement caused people to not buy the game.
Easy enough if u fully upgrade your guy and then start a run. You can reach the final boss with 30ish lives. I found his run punch move and his punch combo the best to use.
