How to unlock the Had a light breakfast achievement in A Boy and His Blob - Definitive Guide

There are 15 jelly bean flavors to feed the blob for this achievement. they are as follows:

ballon
anvil
hole
ladder
bounce ball
bubble
jack
trampoline
bowling ball
parachute
rocket
cannon
shield
clone
mech

you will have to feed the blob all of these in the game to solve puzzles so it will come naturally. the only one you dont *have* to feed the blob is the balloon because that is just to help him catch up. so make sure you feed him that at some point.

you will not get this achievement until the last level. in the second to last level the blob turns into the mech, but you do not get the achievement until you feed the blob the jelly bean to turn him into the mech.

Story related and cannot be missed.

To make your way through the game, you'll need to feed the blob various jellybeans (hold to bring up the selection wheel) to help you defeat enemies and solve puzzles. There are 15 types of jelly beans in the game.

Ladder – You can climb to the very top of the ladder to reach higher and use it as a platform to jump from as well.
Trampoline – Used to reach very high places. Press just before landing to increase your height. Also use trampoline to be able to fall down from very high heights – as long as you land on it, you won't die. It can also be used on long stretches of spikes to safely stand (bounce) in the middle of them to get across them. Some enemies die if they hit the trampoline.
Balloon – Utterly useless. It's designed to get the blob up to wherever you are if it can't jump there, but since you can just press several times to summon it, you will never use this outside of the one time you need to feed it to the blob for this trophy, besides to free the imprisoned blobs in the Citadel world.
Hole – Used to drop through thin platforms. Can also be used to move enemies through these same platforms.
Parachute – Used to help cross large gaps – jump, then press . Hold up on the directional stick to slow down. Can only rise if a wind (denoted by leaves) is present; otherwise, it's descent only. If you are hit by an enemy when using it, you will die, but the blob can pass safely through them while in parachute form.
Anvil – Used mostly to hold down pressure plate switches or break through rock floors. Can also be used to kill enemies if pushed down on them from above. Is sometimes used as a platform on one of the big goofy looking enemies (these guys are usually walking across long spike pits, so you'll have to hitch a ride on the anvil on its back).
Ball – Mostly used to get the blob to a blocked-off area so you can feed it a different jelly bean to get you to the same area. Most small enemies the ball hits will die, but large enemies will just push it along.
Bouncy Ball – Mostly used to jump a bit higher or across slightly larger gaps. Stay away from the floating enemies while riding it! All other enemies it can either push aside or just bounce off of them. Can also be used to cross the water.
Bubble – Hold to boost – usually used to scale large cliffs/ramps. Quite fast and awkward to control. Kills small enemies when you run over them; makes you invincible otherwise. Cannot jump while using it.
Jack – Used to move platforms or large enemies that are blocking your way up. Can also be used as a platform to push things like rocks across very small gaps or up to a higher level. Can also be used to hit pressure switches located on ceilings.
Rocket Ship – Used to fly – rather sloppily. Hold to boost. Can be used to break through rock walls.
Cannon – Used to launch the boy (or small enemies) through thick rock walls or onto higher platforms.
Shield – Used to deflect enemy projectiles. Cannot be used while moving. Hold to bring the shield up when it's equipped.
Clone – Creates a clone of the boy, that copies (not mirrors) his movements. Usually used for multi-switch puzzles. Can help push large blocks. Can be sent as a suicide bomber to blow up the floating mine enemies.
Mech – Welcome to god mode. Can hover/fly up short distances, punches through rock walls, kills absolutely everything just by touching it.
