Once you leave the Basement Corridor and take the lift up, you will be in a room with a covered mirror (on the right wall). Click the Mirror to remove the cover and unlock the achievement.

You actually need to click on it to remove the cover and then click on it again to get the achievement. (Which actually you explain very clearly in the video that is handily timestamped).
