The Passage is found in the Library, at the bottom of the central bookcase. You will require the Star Key to unlock this (the star key is found in the top right of the Pantry by opening the "Sun Window")

I think your mirror mirror and secret place achievement descriptions are the wrong way round

I got the secret place achievement for putting the star in the door and not mirror mirror which your guide states

@OL1V3RSUDDEN I did indeed ! My bad, the achievement icons are switched which must have confused me (Fixed now)
