The badge to upgrade your sprint badge to a scooter cost 500 pons so it may take a while to get, but when you do just go to mafia town, sprint/ scoot off a cliff and spin your cn_LS until the achievement pops.

1) Buy the Scooter Dash Badge from the Badge Seller. This will change your basic sprinting into riding a scooter, like in the Subcon act where you're to deliver letters for the Snatcher.

2) Return to the Boss Act in Mafia Town and ascend to the Mafia Casino. Instead of aiding Mustache Girl, equip your Sprint Hat and put on the Scooter Badge. Drive off the edge and start spinning. You should get the trophy before it unloads you and puts you back up on the casino platform.

You can either earn this in the Subcon Forest act Mail Deilvery Service where you will be given a scooter or by wearing the Scooter Badge which changes your Sprint Hat into a scooter. Get a running start and jump into the air and spin the analogue stick around. If you manage to do a full 360 in the air the trophy will be yours. If you are having trouble in the Subcon Forest, then using the Scooter Badge and jumping from a high ledge in Mafia Town means you should be able to do a lot more than 360 degrees and get the trophy with ease.

You don't have to purchase the scooter badge for this. You will be given this badge as a "rental" badge from the Snatcher in one of the contracts you do for him. Put the badge on and select your sprint hat, and get some minor air and spin your a full 360 degrees.
