Once you get the ice hat from the bird world go to your bedroom and use cn_LT on the light shining through the pillows and the achievement should pop.

Chapter 2, Act 1: Dead Bird Studios

This world is when you will start finding the Ice Yarn, your fourth hat. You need to collect and create the yarn for this hat, then return to your bedroom (doable after unlocking Subcon Forest). In the pile of pillows, use the Ice Hat's special ability with L2 to ground pound through over the glowing spot and into Hat Kid's hideout, where she writes messages after every act.

Once you get the ice hat, enter the hub world and go the starting area (Hat Kid's bedroom, which is also where the telescope for the Subcon levels is located.). In the ball pit there is a ray of light, jump into the light and use the ice hat ability to lunge through the pit and you will land in Hat Kid's secret hideout.

To get access to the secret hideout, you will need the Ice Hat (you can find the Ice Yarn in Dead Bird Studio and then other places after). In the bedroom there is a pile of pillows that you can swim in, jump in and move the camera around and you will see a hole below you. Press while wearing the Ice Hat to fall down into the hideout and the trophy will pop.

Once you have the ice hat, go into Hat Girl's room. You should notice some light protruding through the mass of pillows. Jump off of the diving board and turn into ice above it. You will be lowered into her secret hideout. This will unlock upon entering.

In the telescope room of Chapter 3 (Halloween)
there is a “pool” with pillows, put on a winter hat, swim up to a place with a pillar of light and jump (fly down)
