In order to pop this one, you just need to collect all of the time pieces found on the ship.
That is, complete:
1. The main Acts of Arctic Cruise (Acts 1-3)
2. The Time Rift that can be found on one of the upper balconies in the Garden room (I did it after the 3 main Acts, but it may be accessible before that, not sure)
3. The Time Rift unlocked by finding all of the Relics in the chapter, and then assembling them correctly on one of the pedestals around the ship. My Relic locations were:
-On top of the tree in the starting area of Act 1, before boarding the ship
-In the room with the octopus and electrical hazards, on the other side of the walkway.
-In the toilet on one side of the ship
-On the top deck of the ship, in the middle of the large life raft object.
Note: The locations are fixed, but the specific relics across every chapter, are not. This means that you might find a Nyakuza Metro relic in one of the Arctic Cruise relic locations, or vice versa. Meaning that you need to find every relic to be sure of getting the ones necessary for a specific rift to unlock, but given that this is needed to get all the time pieces anyway, this shouldn't be too much of a problem.
