Immediately upon accessing the main hub of your ship, you should see a small portable vacuum cleaning up the ship automatically. Simply hop on top of it in order to ride along with it and unlock this trophy.

In the hub there will be a small round roomba like vacuum cleaner working away on the carpet. Jump onto the poor thing and ride around for awhile and the trophy will pop.
