How to unlock the Return to Sender achievement in A KING'S TALE: FINAL FANTASY XV - Definitive Guide
Introduced in Duscae are some wasp enemies in two variants, yellow and red. The yellow ones are timid and have small health, shooting one needle every few seconds with a build-up. If you deflect one back at it, it'll immediately die. The red variant, however, takes two shots to kill.
Meanwhile, within the caves, you'll see some Cactuar running around in two variants: normal green and in a gold/yellow tint. If you stay far enough away from these, they'll shoot needles at you. I do not know how many times you have to do this in order to kill them this way, but you'll have plenty of chances to get this trophy should you not get it normally running through the Story, as there are some Dream Battles that require you to deflect as well.
*ShinKotake clarifies that Dream Battle #24, "Deflection Year," has more than enough wasps to cover farming any remaining needles/stingers for this trophy.

The 24th dream battle, "Deflection Year" has more wasps than any other place. Hence the name, it'd be the perfect place to farm this trophy.

I unlocked this in story mode at the end battle of "Duscae - Deep Forest". Despite my best efforts to avoid killing the wasps, my deflections were a little too efficient in returning to sender. However, the final Deep Forest battle continues to spawn enemies, including wasps, until you activate the yellow crystal by holding .

If you don't obtain this in Story mode, Deflection Year is a challenge that encourages this as you'll be faced with many Killer Bees and Cactuars. Pay attention to them and watch for when they shoot their stinger or needles. Press as they are about to hit you and you'll deflect the projectiles back the enemies. This is almost a requirement to complete Deflection Year.
You can deflect these projectiles by hitting either or . There are too many wasps and cactuars for you to miss this unless you actively go out of your way to avoid getting this achievement.
