You need to kick 30 Keflings, must be done in Singleplayer mode. To kick a kefling, press the X button while standing next to a kefling.

Actually, you need to press the X button, but other than that you're right on the money.

For this, you can kick the same Kefling 30 times.
The easy way is to set a Kefling a task like chopping trees etc and kick him away. Stand between him and the tree and he will keep walking back to you (to get to the tree). That way you don't have to run around after them and you can just keep hitting

Simply kick your Keflings (kick by standing near them and pushing 
) 30 times to get this one. I suggest doing it at the very beginning of the game, as you have plenty of unoccupied Keflings to kick around.
