to get new blue print's you have to make buildings that you have the blueprint's for this will sometimes unlock blueprints for new more advance building. I got my achievement when I got the blue print for the Keep workshop. Just remember that you have to do this in single player.

I got it on the Keep Workshop too if i am not wrong now :p

I have over 30 blueprints played solo in a multiplayer save and no achievement

You get blue prints for making a building that is linked to another blue print. The fastest way of gaining this is doing it tier by tier on the blue prints. By that I mean each “Tier” has 2/3 blue prints. Doing it this way you should get it around the area of the keep blue prints.

This achievement will come along as you progress through the game. As you build things, they branch off to make other things. The more you build, the more bonus blue prints you will receive.
