You can unlock this In Chapter 1 - Level 2.

Simply shake the cat toy that has the green ball inside it, keep the ball moving continuously for 15 seconds.

To be safe just shake it until the achievement pops.

Missable - Fun for Humans Too Achievement is gained by picking up the black cage ball with the green ball inside it in Chapter 1, level 2, before placing it in the basket shake it until the achievement pops.
