Simply complete 14 daily tasks to get this achievement. You can get to Daily Tasks from the main menu, it is the third option on the main menu. If you are on PC you should be able to change the date after completing each daily tidy so you don't have to wait for the actual day to reset.

For this one you don't have to complete them consecutively but you might as well to get the other one associated with 14 daily consecutive tidy's.
