You can unlock this in Chapter 4 - Level 2. The level select image is muddy paws on an orange background.
Just remove the coffee stain and and clean all the paw prints on the first section, then drag the broken leaves off screen to unlock the achievement.
*People have said this achievement unlocks at different points for them but as noted by Raziel M0RAGLAR & thchosengoob as long as you do the above it should trigger.

Would be more helpful to say Chapter 4 - Level 2, seeing as how the chapters have different amounts of levels and they aren't numbered, so to find level 54 you have to count all the way from the very first level. Thanks for the guide

In Chapter 4, Level 2 you need to clean up the spilt coffee, then wipe away all of the paw prints, there are some under the front of the rug and some under the newspapers. Then you need to move the leaves of the plant in the next scene, discarding all the dead leaves by dragging them off screen, move the leaves on the plant to get access to the paw prints hidden by them all around the plant.
This guide will help you through all puzzles and all achievements in the game.
