Simply complete 14 daily tasks consecutively to get this achievement. You can get to Daily Tasks from the main menu, it is the third option on the main menu. If you are on PC you should be able to change the date after completing each daily tidy so you don't have to wait for the actual day to reset.

As the achievement states, in order to earn this achievement, you must complete 14 consecutive daily tidies in a row. If you miss a day, your progress will reset. You can check your progress on the steam achievement page as it does display your max consecutive days in a row.
Personal tip, if you are unsure if you've done the daily tidy for the day, open the game and check the star before midnight local time. The next daily tidy will generate at midnight each day. Otherwise, set an alarm or find a routine that will work for you.
