Perhaps obvious when you look - this level is the 2nd to last box in the Level select menu. The final one (Cat Paw) is the Credits.

Oof annoying achievement, kept making a level lower by accident. Just make sure to really check colors while you build.

You can get this achievement by making sure that the tower is SHAKING before you close it out at the highest possible spot. Make sure it's shaking on each section / segment until you get to the "moon" and you will get the achievement. Be careful not to align the same colors in the middle of the tower, only the top line should have the same color to get this. Hope this helps someone!

I was able to achieve this by using only the smallest of the boxes (1x1) and making sure I filled every spot available on the tower.
