A Memoir Blue

In the scene with the sun you can find on the top right side a billboard and a crane. Click on the billboard once to activate it and then click three times on the crane to move the crane over the billboard.

After the radio scene in the first chapter click on the billboard one time and on the crane 3 times.

When shown the setting sun out the window early in the game, just click on the billboard and move the crane to turn their lights on, and then grab the sun and move it down below the horizon.

This is completed in Chapter 1. After Surfing the Radio Waves (90G), you'll look out a window. On the right side is a billboard and a crane. Press the billboard once and the crane three times to light them up!
