A Memoir Blue

In the scene with the pool you have to reach the end without floating up. Just hold the left stick and the button the whole time until you reach the end of the pool. If you fail you can use chapter select and try it again (but the scene is at the end of the selectable chapter)

When the scene arrives of you standing in front of the olympic pool, hold A for a moment to dive in, and then immediately just keep tapping A (and nothing else) until you reach the far wall.

(Be careful: if you miss this one, you have to replay a significant number of scenes to get back to it as it's at the very end of Chapter Five.)

When you jump in the water to swim make sure you keep pressing the A button to swim. Reach the other end of the pool for the achievement.

This is in Chapter 5. When you jump into the pool, hold A to stay underwater and keep swimming. This takes about a minute and the screen will start to turn black, just keep holding A to swim all the way to the end.
