This will be earned in Act 1.
After leaving Ida's house the first time, your three main objectives will be to talk with Father Alfred at the church, investigate Karl's painting in the Hotel, and get some cheese from the Inn/Taverne. After doing all three of these, Ida will run off in a fit and you'll need to chase her. When you get back to the front of her house, go down the road (towards the "camera") and the house on the right will belong to Ludovica (the door should be slightly ajar).
