This will be earned in Act 2.
When you leave Ida's house near the start of the Act, you will need to go to the Inn/Taverne to confront the carabinieri. Before doing so, head towards where the school was in Act 1 (just next to where you earned Il contadino) and there will now be a house with a section demolished on the ground. Standing just in front of the house will be a girl.
This will be earned in Act 2.
