How to unlock the Tribute achievement in A Plague Tale: Innocence - Definitive Guide
There are three chapters in which you are in the same location: 8, 11 and 15. In chapter 11 you can not visit the tomb and in chapter 15 it does not count. Even in chapter 8 it does only count under special circumstances: you have to bring Hugo with you.
At the very beginning of the chapter Hugo will call for you to follow him down a winding staircase to meet Lucas. When he steps of the staircase into a doorframe DO NOT FOLLOW HIM. Instead carry on and continue down the stairs. After a short time Hugo will call and follow you. Wait for him. Then continue down the staircase and the hallway afterwards. You end up in the tomb. After the conversation between Amicia and Hugo ends you will get your achievement.
You can visit the tomb after the visit to Lucas but then you will be without Hugo. This will not count.

Hey Guys & Gals!
Here is my 100% Achievement Guide for APTI!
At the beginning of chapter 8, Hugo will ask you to follow him downstairs.
Follow him down the first flight of stairs, but DO NOT follow him into the next room.. Instead, take a right down more stairs and Hugo will join you.
At the bottom, go to the left down more steps and you find the tomb.
You can visit here later on BUT It is the conversation with Hugo which is required to unlock this.
So best bet is to get this done immediately at the beginning of chapter 8!
Go to 17:30 in my Part 2 Video to see where and how this is done.. Or if you prefer a solo video for it, that is also below!
Hope this helps!

There's 3 chapters in the same location: 8, 11, & 15. You can't visit the tomb in chapter 11 and it dosen't count in chapter 15. In chapter 8, you must have Hugo with you because the conversation is required for the achievement/trophy.

At the beginning of Chapter 8, Amicia, Hugo, Lucas and their new companion Melie will be in an abandoned castle, which they make their home. Hugo will lead Amicia down a spiral column of stairs to check on Lucas in the laboratory. The bottom of this spiral stair column leads to a grave. Approach it and Amicia and Hugo would say their prayers to it. The achievement unlocks when they finish.

We need to go down with Hugo when he drags us somewhere, after the dialogue the trophy will fall out (the first time I went down without him).

at the beginning of the chapter, the boy will be led down a spiral staircase to the alchemy room. no need to go into it! We continue to go down the stairs, the boy will return and you will continue to walk holding hands.
