How to unlock the Company Expansion achievement in A-Train HX - Definitive Guide

The achievement actually unlocks right at 60. This can be done on any map simply be accessing the Construction menu and building 60 structures of any kind. If you are following the road map, you will get this on the first map when you are building a resource center.

You should gain this achievement by using the "Property Method" which is explained in the two youtube videos below, Credit to Borandi.
What I did to gain this achievement was start by building the cheapest buildings, then sell them on when there was a much higher sale price than what I payed for it. Before reaching my first billion I was already starting to build expensive buildings and making some excellent profit.
This should unlock City Expansion as well.
