How to unlock the Feeling a lot better now achievement in Aaero - Definitive Guide

To earn this achievement, you need to complete the DLC song The Sickness on master difficulty.
To select the song, choose master difficulty from the menu and scroll all the way to the bottom. Here you'll see the three DLC songs listed. Choose The Sickness and play through the level. Once you complete the level, the achievement will unlock.
Below is a video of my playthrough that I made if you're struggling. I got 5 stars on this, but you don't need that. Simply complete the level and you'll get the achievement.
Also of note, the video is on advanced difficulty, but the only difference between master and advanced difficulty is you only have one life on master difficulty. This clip provides a full no-death run of the level. These levels are also a lot easier than a good portion of the master difficulty levels in the base game as well.
