Edit: As SciKo pointed out, you need the original 100 secrets from the base game to make it 130 percent.
Original solution: Basically you need both 1000DaysWasted and Monstercat DLC for this, each new song have 5 extra secrets, 6 songs, 30 secrets.
If you like me completed the 1000DaysWasted DLC before this title update, you will need to play them and make sure you get the 15 extra secrets since the secret counter doesn't show without this update.

Please add that you need to find all secrets in the base game aswell.

Thanks for the update, I've already completed the game when the update came out, I wouldn't know about that.
