I was curious and found this interesting. For those also wondering what the achievement name means, it's what worshipers of Cthulhu chant: "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" ("In his house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.")
