Start a new game and run through the level killing the enemies. It looks like you have to kill the first five enemies for it to unlock.
After killing the first four birds and the porcupine this achievement unlocked for me.
It did not unlock when I jumped over the porcupine and killed only birds. I killed all the birds and completed the level and it did not unlock

I had kill like 12 enemies before it popped. I killed 6 or 7 chickens. Didnt pop. Popped after I killed the 5th porcupine. either way I would not worry too much. Just kill while you play the first level. It should pop eventually

I killed five+ enemies in later levels and no pop. Definitely just go kill the first five, it works just fine there.

to defeat them. There are four chicken enemies in the first section of Level 1 and then one crawling enemy at the beginning of the second section. After you unlock this achievement, you can easily avoid all other enemies in the level.
