Just wanted to put in a note in case anyone is wondering, You obtain this one while playing the original mode.
When you are going for the high score after you get to 200,000 and you let the computer win or loose to the second controller the game will ask you if you want to publish your score to the online leaderboards. Just make sure you publish it and a few seconds later the achievement will pop.
