If you're like me and are struggling to hit the amount of points required for this, even with adjusting game settings to your favour and save scumming, then this guide is for you!
The fourth level, Castle of Devils, has a treasure trove near the very beginning that'll put you at least 160,000 points provided you start the level at around 100,000 points (which you should if you've been following the guides on here for High Score).
This is NOT my video, I take no credit for it. It was performed by chinczyk109. The relevant part starts at 15:51, just follow the path he takes to the treasure chests. If you're really having issues with the third level and the flying tentacle creatures, I recommend speed running your way through it and ignoring every door possible since there's nothing worth your time in that level.
