How to unlock the Score 100,000 points achievement in ACA NEOGEO METAL SLUG - Definitive Guide

Easy way to get this, the 200,000 and 300,000 achievements is to use the continue option. Make sure before you start the game in Original mode you insert more than 1 coin (not literally just keep pressing the insert coin button). When you have used your 3 lives just click continue. Your score keeps rolling over, score over 300,000 and get all the cheevos in one play through.

My first quide, any feedback just let me know. Not by negatives votes though hopefully. :)

I'm sure I'll figure it out, but the controls are a little odd. What do you press to insert a coin?
