For this achievement to be a made significantly easier, you'll need to know that if you get 16 or more bubbles in a 'drop' after matching, you will instantly be awarded over 1 million points.
Let's take stage 1 for instance, as with a few tries you can set this up yourself, and you'll have the training aimer to assist you;

Clearing the Yellow here I was able to drop 18 balls from the map, which in turn made my score go from 0 points to 1.3 million points. Do this a few times in the earlier levels with the difficulty set to Level 1, and this achievement is yours. I was able to get around 4 million points by Level 10.
There is a level where the whole ceiling and a bit of the left side is orange bubbles (I think it's around level 8 or 9...) - this is a good place to set it up again as most of the work is done for you - you just need to get lucky with the colours and have a good aim.

What level you suggest putting this on? Also what game mode does this unlock in? It doesnt unlock in hi score mode so Im assuming it isn't caravan mode either. Or is it the top right option English version original mode?

These plain "Score [blank]" achievements are always in the English or Japanese original modes where you can fuck with the settings
