Pick Franco and then Cheng as your opponent, then simply hold the left stick forward while pressing the Y button and make sure to time it right and you’ll use an OP kick. Works for all 3 modes and can be completed in 30 mins

This method works. I got through caravan mode after few tries.

Than when I played Hi-Score mode, I was able to complete the whole thing. Just at times would jump at opponent and hit Y, than duck and hit Y when needed to.

+1 for the character choices, I found it easier to keep jumping backwards, then jumping towards them holding Y, followed by Down + Y when I landed.
