This game is easy as it gets.. if you cant complete this game you can better stop playing games anyway.. for real.

Just use Duck king.. jump and kick a lot.. if you get the feeling with DK this game is really easy trust me.

In addition to above, it's best to hold back rather than forward with the 4th guy. When he's taunting you move forward, try and get a couple of hits in, and then hit afte reach part of his animation as you hold back.

I beat the 4th guy (Billy kane) no problem, the 5th guy works me and I usually get ko'd with about 280k
This character definetly works well for This, but timing will be key on the last few rounds before reaching the point goal

throw some RT in there if the opponent is standing too far back and being cheap about their long range moves. worked like a charm on the first go

billy (the staff guy) was easy to smash if you hit RT to bring u back up close and spammed forward Y. for anyone having difficulty with him. the duck guy was a fkn stressful fight but he got smashed with straight up forward Y attacks. no RT for him

Nothing worked for me. This "solution" sucks. I seem to get hit with every special move yet all i can do his maybe hit a kick. 3 achievements outstanding on this piece of crap. Great.

The solution is fine. You are just terrible at the game.

lol, tryhards telling people that this game is easy when in reality they raged hard before finally being able to complete it themselves or happened to get lucky with the AI and think they're a video game badass. You guys know who you both are

Franco is definitely the most over powered character in the game I will give you that. However, you should do a better job, like specifying which characters are Franco and Cheng in the first place. Also neeker75 really gave good advice not to play too aggressively. There is no huge bonus in this game for getting perfects. So taking it slow and blocking gives Franco a huge advantage.

You basically have to get the 300,000 on the first three fighters because fighter #4 is incredibly difficult and the Y attack does not work. If you do not get at least one perfect against both the first and second fighters, start over. If you can combine and SS (perfect) and an S (near perfect) on both of the first two fighters, you will earn around 220,000 points and then earning another 80,000 should not be too difficult against fighter #3.

Insulting peoples' ability in fighting games isn't a great tactic. I was having a hard time with Franco and Cheng, and that was on Original Mode with interrupts. I haven't started High Score mode, but those are going to require perfect round to get there quicker.

If you can perfect the first 3 opponents, you don't need the 4th.

Not sure if they made the game easier with an update but I just got this game on sale and went into high score mode first and got this achievement first try using forward and spamming Y lol. Luck I guess

Just set the timer to 10 seconds. Make sure that you do more damage than your opponent before the timer reaches zero. You win the round without having to ko your opponent.
In caravan mode you can use the corrupt save data at the start of the match. Same method as before (timer 10 seconds and try to do more damage than your oppenent) if you're about to lose the match, back out to the main menu and you start were you used the corrupt save data. And simply try again until you win the round. You can use the corrupt save data at any moment in the match.
This is not my solution but I Got it from a guy I found on youtube.

+1 for character selection, I preferred to jump backwards, then jump towards the opponent pressing Y, then press Down + Y when I landed...I found this to be more consistently successful anyway. (Even against Billy Kane).

Probably has downvotes because it doesn't say who the characters are. Cheng is second from left on bottom row. Cheng is the right-most characfter on the bottom row.

Highly recommend jump+y and after you hit the ground down+y. After learning that timing I was able to complete hi-score mode easy.

does not work against the 4th enemy. I find the guide way too minimal, you only state the characters names, not useful at all. The Y attack does not work a lot of the time. How do i do the power move? When Cheng does his attack with the blue orb i lose 50% of my health, i need to know how to do such an attack with my own character. Downvote from me.

Simply doing forward and Y didn't work for me. Neither did using Duck King. I had to alternate between forward Y and also jumping towards the opponents and pressing Y with Franco.

I also didn't start with Cheng as the first enemy. Anyone would do to be honest, but I was hoping Cheng and the Korea dude would appear from the 5th game on to make things easier.

The 4th enemy will always be that piece of crap with the fiery staff thing. It took me a few attempts but the key to beat him is not to blind spam. Let him do his moves first. The moment he ends his sequence is when you attack. Don't attack relentlessly too. Once you get a hit or two, stay back and observe his movement before you attack again.

I can't believe how hard this is. The defensive strat I used for Billy Kane worked the first time... Just. Now just beats shit out of you. It's like the computer detects you're doing well, then ramps up the difficulty.

im not very good at this neogeo games,so i can relate to a lot of people here.
Still, I got it in my first attempt,with Zer0 perfects.

Its no guide,just a tip:

I choosed Franco(bottom left corner with a moustache)
I did what other players sugested, Y combo,and an occasional Jump+Y
BUT instead of choosing Cheng, i choosed: Sokaku M (Up Right on the screen, hes an Old man,with a pointy Hat and a Staff) for my first opponent.
And thats it, over 200k on the third fight. didnt even needed the score of the 4th one.

Maybe i got lucky, i dunno. Anyway,hope it helps. Good luck

I mixed some moves here and there, not just the direction+Y, also blocking mostly, and I ended up with 425,300 score, I won even against Duck King and Mai Shiranui.
