How to unlock the Score 300,000 points achievement in ACA NEOGEO SAMURAI SHODOWN - Definitive Guide
This is guaranteed way of getting this achievement, and the other two points achievements along the way, in less than five minutes.
Use two controllers, start Original Mode, and press the bumper buttons on both controllers to add credits to the game.
For P1, choose Charlotte. For P2, any character will do. Once the game starts, press up on , and as you're dropping down, press . If done correctly, you'll do a downwards heavy slash attack that takes a chunk of health off P2. Repeat till you win, and repeat for the Round 2. You should now have over 100,000 points. Do not continue on P2. Instead, once the next round starts, press , and choose to "Create an interrupt save".
Leave the game, and go to the main menu. Choose Original Mode again, and the game would load from where you created the save. The 100,000 points achievement should automatically unlock now.
Press on the second controller now to join the game as P2, and repeat the above until you get 200,000 points. Do not continue on P2, create an interrupt save, leave the game, and return to unlock the 200,000 points achievement.
Press on the second controller again to join the game as P2, and repeat the above until you get 300,000 points. Do not continue on P2, create an interrupt save, leave the game, and return to unlock the 300,000 points achievement.
The reason you need to keep leaving the game is because the achievements do not unlock when you're doing versus matches, even after you finish them without continuing on P2. By using the interrupt saves after you hit the landmark scores, you're basically tricking the game into thinking that you've gotten those scores solo. You need to do it for each landmark score because if you go straight to 300,000 points, the two lower scores achievements won't unlock.
Hope this helps!
PS: You can use any character you want for P1, but Charlotte's cheap move ends the fights very quickly, and give you maximum points in the least amount of time.

Like Fatal Fury 2, works with two controlers, just put a coin with RB on controller two and win with perfect, you need 3 fights to get 300.000, before that, if achievements dont unlock, make a save state, close the game, open the game again, load the save and fight against cpu, this works for me.
Use Charlotte. Use the RT heavy attack while jumping toward the enemy. Make sure you stay aggressive so you can finish the rounds as quick as possible. If you manage to beat the round record of 75 seconds left on the clock then you will get a bonus.
-First place record 30,000 points.
-Second place record 20,000 points.
-Third place record 10,000 points.
If you manage to beat one of your own records you will be given a bonus again based on 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
Make sure to change time to slowest in the settings to make it easier to beat the record time.
Original mode starts at 10:27 in the video below.

Original mode is always the easiest mode in these ACA games. This game along with some others is set to remove all of your points when you lose a fight. I have tried using two controllers but it does not seem to have the points count toward this achievement.
I would set it up to easiest difficulty and put the time to slowest.
I would choose Haohmaru. Best move would be imo (or and together I Believe). If you are far enough, (forward) is a good move. You can also jump towards them and press in mid-air then maybe do a . That move can also be done if they are jumping towards you. I would try and play defensively against most characters. Just block and once they are done with their move do a forward slash. That might help.
If you managed to get one of the fastest times, you are awarded bonus points. The default best time I believe is 75 seconds for each individual fight. 3rd best time gives you 10,000. 2nd best time gives you 20,000. Finaly the 1st best time gives you 30,000. Always aim for those if you can. You get points in a match based on health remaining, time left, and hit percentage. So try not to miss but don't go restarting if you miss a hit, it isn't that detramental.
If you do not have enough points by the time you reached the bonus stage, you can get 20,000+ points from there if you hit at least 10 of those things.
If I missed anything or if you feel something is wrong, let me know. Good luck on the completion.
