Pick a strong team like England (cough) in Group A or Holland in Group B. Keep restarting until your first match is against Japan in Group A or Korea in Group B. Score three goals within five minutes to unlock all three Caravan Mode achievements.
When attacking, press
to pass. 
to shoot. Make use of your ACE player to sprint some distance. Get close to goal, and unleash. The passing strength and flight are automatic, so you'll definitely find someone. Try not to run with the ball too much with the non-ACE players to avoid being tackled.
When defending, press to shoulder barge/steal, and to tackle. There's actually fouling in this game but it seldom happens, so feel free to spam tackles as you wish.
It should be pretty easy to score three against Japan or Korea. I scored five with my first attempt.
Also, the 5:00 timer is on the top right of the screen. Do not mix it up with the in-game timer at top center, which actually starts with 7:00.
