I would combine the spend 3 minutes on a level achievement with the skip a level.
At first, start a level and wait until the spend 3 minutes on a level achievement pops. Then press
to skip the level and pop your 2nd achievement.

I did this right from the start. Loaded up level 1 and while waiting the 3 minutes I turned the purple switch on and off until I got the 100 switches achievement. Then once the 3 minutes achievement popped I skipped the level for that achievement, then I loaded level 1 back up for the replay achievement!

I actually had to play level 1 two more times because skipping it didn't count as completing it for the replay a level that has already been completed achievement. Still pretty quick and efficient.
