Fail any song and select retry and get at least four stars on that try. This can be done on any difficulty.

This can only be done in Tour Mode; it won't work in Quickplay.

Go on whatever level you like, I would say TNT is the easiest song. Strum as fast as you can to fail. Hit retry, and play through the song getting at least 4 stars. Overdrive helps.
