How to unlock the Let There Be DRUMS! achievement in ACDC LIVE Rock Band - Definitive Guide
Well, there are two ways to go about getting this achievement:
1) Practice, practice, practice. Eventually, you will be able to work your way up to getting an FC on an Expert drum song.
And, the way that most non-hardcore drummers take:
2) PLAY MONEYTALKS. Never use your overdrive no matter how much you accumulate. The overdrive fill lanes will cover up what little hard stuff there is in the song, and you will hit the rest pretty easily. This is actually an easier achievement than Rock Band Track Pack 2, but will be more stressful due to how few notes there are spread out through the entire song.
Also, keep in mind, no matter which way you choose to do this achievement, if your drums screw up and register an extra hit or you accidentally overhit on a drum, as long as no notes go past the bar on the bottom of the highway, it'll still count as 100%.

I barely ever play drums and I can get FC Moneytalks on Expert... THOUGH my fucking WT drums are broken as hell so this achievement for me is gone for me, or until i get RB drums

EvoHero's solution is complete, however I wanted to add that, IF the gamer has access to another set of drums, plug them in and go to multiplayer's tug of war. If you are using EvoHero's solution, then pick Moneytalks (very very very easy like he stated above), build up your star power but don't ever activate it, and do not touch your second set of drums. Thus all the non hardcore drummers, like myself, will have less notes to be hit, some breaks in between the song measures, AND the drum fills will reduce the amount of notes even more!
Sign your gamertag tag into player one and just use a guest on player 2 or vice versa and good luck!

Voted both solutions positively. I do have a MIDI Pro adapter, and the 360 thinks it's a second drum set (because it can act as such).

There is obviously a bit of skill required if you're new to the drums. The best way is to practice this song over and over - go down to Hard if you're still struggling on Expert. This will help you get the rhythm of the song down so that you know what's coming when you go through it on expert. Go through the YouTube video I've posted and you can see the whole song in-case there are certain parts troubling you.
A good way to get an idea for the drum part is to adjust the sound settings so you can hear it better. The attached video is a good way to learn the song and what's coming.
Don't worry if you overhit something as the achievement will still unlock.
