You earn performance evaluations for multiple different things done during a match, which are usually being the best or worst in a certain category (example: highest accuracy with machine guns and lowest accuracy regardless of weapon are two performance evaluations). You will achieve well over 150 before you complete the 100 matches you need for All for One and Thirsty for Blood since you will likely get multiple per game regardless of skill at the game. To check you progress on this, go to DATA VIEWER > MULTIPLAYER DATA > MULTIPLAYER RECORDS > PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.
