How to unlock the MRP Aplenty achievement in ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - Definitive Guide

Not so much a guide, but since no achievements in this game track.

From the main menu:
->Data viewer
->Campaign data
->Campaign records
->Accumulated data (total MRP shown)

Alternatively

From the main menu:
->Data viewer
->Multiplayer data
->Multiplayer records
->Accumulated data (total MRP shown)

As a side note, after reaching 50 matches in TDM and battle royal exactly (for 2 other achievements) my total multiplayer MRP was a combined total of 8,129,923.
Which represents a first time players MRP into the series for multiplayer.

Completing the entire campaign on normal difficulty earned me 4,834,200 MRP.

@WhoIsJohn117 has some fantastic tips in the comments, which I would read. Their short version is:
"From researching online and testing it out, it looks like the quickest way to farm MRP is the second DLC mission (Anchorhead Raid). It will cost 5 USD, but it gives ~640,000 MRP in 18 minutes on Easy, even on subsequent playthroughs."

Just to piggyback off this, I think after dusting up all the campaign medals and S ranking all missions on all difficulties, I had around 33mil

If you've unlocked Ace difficulty, roll mission 20 with QAAMs and improved SW tracking. I think I collected about 850k MRP from the play I did with that mission.

The DLC mission Anchorhead Raid is the way to get this, but doing the Fleet Destruction mission over and over will get you closer to Frequent Flyer. I got 40 million MRP doing Anchorhead Raid 20 times after doing Fleet Destruction 80 times (didn't get the DLC until I was absolutely sick of replaying mission 11)---and I'm now 80% of the way to Frequent Flyer.

Also, even going for every single ground and air target and nailing Rage and Scream as fast as possible (hitting them is more luck than anything), Anchorhead Raid rewarded an average of 475-500k per run and took 22 min on average from load to finish screen on Easy.

Captain Physics' recommendation is good, but it only works the first time you complete the mission in the Campaign in Ace difficulty. I replayed as part of the Campaign story by using "Continue" from the Campaign menu and from Free Mission, and I can only get 124,000' for an Ace S-rank run now. I have 12,000,000 MRP left, so that means replaying Mission 20 just shy of 100 times. Open to suggestions. I'll post if I find anything better.

From researching online and testing it out, it looks like the quickest way to farm MRP is the second DLC mission (Anchorhead Raid). It will cost 5 USD, but it gives ~640,000 MRP in 18 minutes on Easy, even on subsequent playthroughs. I forget the difference, but I didn't think the relatively small MRP increase from the higher difficulties made it worth it, especially when it came to the final two bosses. S-rank is 61,900 points if you can do it under 19 minutes. I've been averaging 73,000 points around 18:45. I recommend the Rafale with LACM and then switching to the LAAM after all the ground targets are mopped up. For the final two bosses, go after Raid first because he will become a lot more difficult to kill after Scream is downed. You have a narrow window to lock on to them, but it is possible. A few dollars, but it offers a change of scenery (the night escort mission in the daytime) and reduced my post-game grind from 13 hours to 4.

Major Grind Warning

MRP or Military Result Points are your main form of currency in unlocking new aircraft, special weapons, and equipable parts. You earn MRP for everything in the game, playing the campaign, playing the multiplayer, and as might be expected, you receive more the better you do in each mode. Unfortunately this amount is an extremely high amount compared to the price of buying everything on the aircraft tree, which costs about 32,000,000 MRP. Once you are done with all other trophies, try to grind this out however you wish, multiplayer or single player, but playing in single player works best if you are still trying to obtain Frequent Flyer. Regardless this will be one of the last trophies you earn for this game. To check you progress on this, go to DATA VIEWER > MULTIPLAYER DATA > MULTIPLAYER RECORDS > ACCUMULATED DATA or DATA VIEWER > CAMPAIGN DATA > CAMPAIGN RECORDS > ACCUMULATED DATA.

I recommend grinding in the story mode, as along the way you will accumulate kilometers for the “Hey, strays!” trophy.
But you must definitely start a new game, since in this case you will receive more money than by repeating missions.

A difficult trophy in terms of accumulating OP, OP is the highest for the first passage of the company at each difficulty level and multiplayer combat, especially if you win it

I did it online like this:
We select the “general battle” mode, a map with few clouds, for example “Roca Roja”. We take the SU-57 aircraft with PLSL, improve the laser to the maximum + take improvements that give a bonus to OP.
Other players fly one after another in a heap, 3-4 planes each, sometimes they all accumulate in one place. All you need to do is fire at the places of such accumulations from a distance. You need to shoot exactly in the area, without aiming at one person. Often the fight ended early, because... I scored over 100k points.
In numbers:
The battle lasts 5 minutes, on average 130k EP is obtained per battle. More than 1.5 million EP are knocked out per hour. For comparison, offline I scored the maximum points on mission 19, on difficulty As. It came out to about 350k for 20 minutes of play.
