How to unlock the Stonehenge Back On Track achievement in ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for completing the twelfth mission of the game and can be obtained on any difficulty.

Here's my playthrough of Mission 12 Stonehenge Defensive on normal.

Aircraft used: F-22A
Special weapon: XSDB (Advanced Small Diameter Bomb)
Score required: None
Time limit: None

This is a fairly straight-forward mission, initially just keep going for the ground vehicles with your bombs. Break off and go straight for the bombers as soon as they are visible on the radar. Chinooks containing enemy troops will also appear - it's important to be on top of these too.

Finally when the Arsenal Bird shows up, destroy the two propellers on the rear. You may find that guns help because the drones keep flying in front of your missiles.

Tip: I played through a couple of hours of multiplayer, gaining enough MRP (in game currency) to purchase the F-15E which made this a lot easier and more fun than the starting F-16C. Around Mission 12, I had enough to purchase the F-22A which is the most capable aircraft I've found so far. The currency, planes and most part upgrade unlocks work across multiplayer / singleplayer but some upgrades are exclusive to multiplayer. You can also go into 'Free Mission' to replay for some extra cash.
