ACE COMBAT ASSAULT HORIZON

A little 2024 update to Epsilon Theta's solution:

While still using a turbo controller, there is no longer any need to unlock the helicopter missions in order to pop this achievement.

Make sure the profile going for the achievement is HOST and also has the TURBO CONTROLLER.

You can do this on the first Co-op mission "Oil Field" by simply tying a rubber band or hair tie on your to the lower left-hand corner while having the button turboing. Doing this should have your aircraft fly in circles while steadily gaining altitude up to 12,719. I was able successfully hit the 1 hour cap consistently doing this.

This method only allows for the MAIN profile spinning in circles to pop the achievement, as the 2nd Xbox will die pretty early and be stuck in the death screen. If you're someone who fancy's unlocking achievements on the 2nd profile, this solution probably isn't for you.
