How to unlock the Family Moment achievement in Adera - Definitive Guide

Jane's mother is picture is in plain sight above the bed, when you first find the grandfather.
The achievement didn't pop for me the first time I checked the picture. It only popped when I checked it in orb mode.

So if it does not pop for you, try using orb mode first.

This did not pop when I found the photo even with the orb. It seemed to pop only when I clicked on the photo and she says "I haven't seen this photo in years."

Yeah, people are complaining of the achievements not unlocking in the right moment. Reports tell this is a common issue in non-trailblazer playthroughs.

so it didn't pop for me at all - but when I check xbox,com, there it was!! so I would suggest folks do exactly as you point out, wait a few secs and then check xbox.co,

+1 to clicking the photo twice. Once to look at it, the click it again and she says " I haven't seen this photo in years" and it popped for me.

Orb didn't work for me until I actually clicked on the photo close up in orb mode

that's the idea, enter orb mode and then click on the photo. Nice it worked.

@DeatHisLand, are you sure the double click was necessary or it was just a late unlock of the achievement?

Upon entering the secret door, you will meet your grandfather. Right above his bed is a photo between two candles. Click on the photo, and it will enlarge. Then click on it once again and you will hear her say " I haven't seen this one in years" - unlocked!
