At first I had no idea what this achievement was about. But now I know.
So far I only played the very first version of the game, where you have to help Hawk at the beginning.
SPOILER !
After you aided Hawk with the Med-kit you got from a box by opening with a golden key,
you will have to move to the crashed helicopter to check the inside for useful items.
What you will have to do now:
- just click on any of the items in the chopper
- click on random items not the ones you need to find ! That is most important
- click multiple times until the screen turns into "shattered glas"
- do this three times
- the achievement should pop now

Hidden Object scenes are those that task you with gathering a list of items from a mess of junk. There are several of these scene throughout the game, the first of which is inside the helicopter after giving Hawk the medkit. You need to repeatedly tap the screen on objects that are not on the list which causes the screen to get a broken likeness. Do this three times total in a single scene to unlock this achievement. This is only missable in the sense that if you don't do it in your playthrough, you will have to delete your first save and start a new one for about 2 minutes.
