After completing the Blue Orb Grotto game, you will unlock the orb's new ability to see through illusions. To turn on the mode, just click on the orb symbol. The achievement unlocks right after you do that. There are three collectibles in that Grotto room that can only be seen in that view mode. Ensure that you grab them.
