This achievement is easy once you know some tips. First - Don't click X's on puzzles and pop-up scenes. These will auto-close once you found all collectibles in that mini-scene. Next, look up, down, and everywhere else. Keep your eyes open for movement. You should get this easily even without a guide on item locations just from the collectibles near the story puzzles.
