Might be glitchy. Solution would be to quit and restart game.

You can go back to shed while you are still farming and get this. I didn't have to restart.

For me there is a glitch (xbox series x) that you could go into the soda chapter and once you are free of the talking, you could press or spam x on the machines button and nothing ever came out. I got the achievement by going into scene select after completing the game and selected free roam. Then go to the soda shed, no cutscene there, but it would let me select the button on the machine so I could actually grab the drink and throw it.

This achievement was very glitchy too but when you first time finish the game, then go back to your Xbox home screen and end this game totally.

Then just go back to scene select option and in this case select Soda-scene.

Enter the cabin, go to soda-machine and push X when Slam text appears.

Take soda can by pressing X, turn to hitman and press X.
Hitman should now take the soda can and achievement pops. 👍

Word on the street is that this is broken, reaching out to the developers right now. As always, will post updates here. Much love.

Edit1: Made contact, figuring things out with them now!

Edit2: Patch is being worked on now. Will update with approximate date when I have it.

Edit3: There’s a patch on the way but it’s not the one that fixes the achievement. The next one after is the one that’ll fix it, since the other one was worked before they knew about this issue.

Edit4: See Docs comment below. Patch is in cert. Quick turn-around on this one.

Hey, I'm one of the devs: the patch is going into cert!!! We found the bug! Thank you for your patience, only two of us are working on it right now.

The drink is "Slam Cola" 'cause of the "remind him of his baseball days" hint. ;)

It's fixed now! That was quick. The game hasn't even been out for a week and it already had two patches, and the second one fixed the achievement and the game is now completable. If only every dev was this proactive right ?!

Can't seem to get the machine to dispense anything now, pressing x and rt and no prompts anywhere :(

I had to delete all my saves and then start the game again and then I was able to get the machine to dispense the correct can

Kinda glitchy, i force stopped the game and reloaded the scene for the machine to start working.

From Bottoms Up (20G), pause the game (button-menu.png) and restart the scene. You’ll start back at the front of the house, so walk to and enter the small shed then run through the dialogue options again (if there are any). Walk up to the soda vending machine and this time press button-x.png on ‘Slam Cola’ (middle right). Pick it up from the dispenser and once again toss it at him. Once he catches it the achievement will unlock.

The next achievement you will unlock is Sniper (50G).
