This achievement is obtained by finishing the story, which is done by sitting down at the dining table either with food you have cooked. Cooking any kind of meal also unlocks another achievement depending on the meal that was created.

Just in case another guide does not say so, chapter select is available within the game, so all of the meals can be cooked without another full playthrough.
