When you're at the shovel scene, shovel no more and no less than 5 shovelfuls of manure into the wheelbarrow. Let the hitman do five of his own. When you start pushing the wheelbarrow, the achievement will unlock.

Scene - “The Shovel”
From Right On Target (50G), exit the goatshed and walk forward a short distance to the next waypoint. For these next three achievements, the task is to fill the wheelbarrow with manure, but you need to do varying degrees of the work. It takes 10 shovels of manure to fill the wheelbarrow, so as you’re scrolling through the dialogue, you can start one of three ways; have the man do all the work (Lazy Bones (20G)), you and the man shovel exactly five times each (this achievement), and you shovel more than five times (Hard Worker (20G)). As a result, you will need to play this scene a total of three times.
Whichever one you choose to do first, the words ‘Finish filling the wheelbarrow’ will appear at the top left of the screen. When the wheelbarrow is full, the words change to ‘Push the wheelbarrow’. Focus on the wheelbarrow and press
to start pushing it. One of the three achievements should unlock after a few steps.
Press
, select ‘Restart Scene’, and change up how the wheelbarrow is filled (by doing something different than the previous way). Again, when the wheelbarrow is full, push it a few steps to unlock that achievement. Restart the scene and repeat a third time for the final manure achievement.
To complete the ‘Move the manure’ objective in your journal, after the third manure achievement unlocks, keep pushing the wheelbarrow to the garden on the left side of the house (between the house and the small shed with the soda machine). Once you reach the garden beds, there will be another conversation indicating that the objective is complete.
Press
to open your journal and you will see that there is one remaining objective; feed the horse. Although there is no achievement for it, we need to complete it to advance the story. There is one final waypoint at the back of the house (same side of the fence as the horseshoe pit), so walk through the gate and turn right towards the horse pen. You will see a bucket of apples on the ground and a horse walking towards you, starting the scene called “The Horse”. When the horse reaches the fence, press 
to pet it, then take an apple and feed it to them, completing this objective.
