incredible easy: start "the way" chapter (or wait untill you reach it), you can also skip all the dialogue lines if you like.
1- Move to the right of the car, and interact with it to open the hood
2- pickup the light and hit the top part of the hood to attach it
3- when prompted, select "sure" option, then interact with the car one last time

From Fair's Fair (20G), the game will transition to another scene called “The Tree”. This is just a dialogue scene, so either read everything or keep pressing 
to skip through it (when you can). When the scene is over, it will transition into the garage and start another scene called “The Way”.
The scene will start with dialogue, so skip it or read it. When that’s done, the words ‘Pop the hood from the driver side door’ will appear at the top left of the screen. Focus on the driver’s side car door and press
when indicated to pop the hood. Next, the words will change to ‘Attach the drop light to the hood’, so turn to your right and press 
to pick up the light. Turn back to the hood and place the light at the front of the hood. Read or skip the dialogue and when presented with a choice, press 
for ‘Sure’. Focus on the driver’s side door again and press to start the car which will unlock this achievement. If it doesn’t, you can always retry this scene after you complete the game. Read or skip the dialogue until the scene ends.
