In the house toward the end of the game, in the room on the right is a piano. Play it using

From Butcher (50G), select either dialogue option then 
through the dialogue. Select any replies you want when necessary. When the conversation is over, you will start the next scene, “The Breakfast”. This is just a dialogue scene so quickly run through it.
For the next scene, you are standing at the front of your house with the man with waypoints all around. These relate to different tasks that need to be done in the game, as shown in your journal (
). Instead of walking to one of these objectives, we need to enter the house and perform a couple of side tasks.
Walk to the front door and press
to open it. Walk into the room to the immediate right and to the piano at the back of the room. Press 
on the piano to unlock this achievement.
